Registration for the IMPRS-gBGC & RTG alteration course on radiocarbon in the Earth System

This course explores the uses of radiocarbon as a dating tool and as a tracer for the global carbon cycle. It will include lectures and practical component where students will help prepare samples and interpret radiocarbon measurements. The class is offered for IMPRS-gBGC students and for students of the research training group alteration and element mobility. Grading will be based on problems and a report based on interpretation of a radiocarbon data set.
